Today Brenden and I met up with Lori and her two kids to go to Magnolia Park. Lori's daughter calls it "The Peacock Park" and you'll see why below.

They were really loud and calling each other throughout the afternoon. It was strange to hear them so loud. We wondered how the peacock got into the tree -- I thought they didn't fly but he stayed up there the whole time we were at the park.

Brenden talked me into trying the swing: Don't laugh -- but, I still can do it:

Hey! Don't look at my bum!

Brenden is the master of catching Lizards

We stopped by the store on the way home and ran into a parking lot full of pigeons.

But, the day of interacting with wildlife wasn't over. When we got home we found this guy sunning on the bank of our canal.
